CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing, by email or post.
Cancellation policy for groups (group consists of at least 15 people arriving and departing on the same date):
– If you cancel your stay from 30 to 15 days before your arrival you will be charged 30% of the price.
– If you cancel your stay from 14 to 7 days before your arrival you will be charged 50% of the price.
– If you cancel your stay less than 7 days before your arrival you will be charged 100% of the price.
Cancellation fees for individuals:
– If you cancel YOUR stay or part of it upon arrival, or during the stay, you will be charged 100% of the price, unless we manage to re-let the accommodation.
– If you cancel youR stay OR part of it WITHIN 3 days OF ARRIVAL DATE, you will be charged A 50% cancellation fee.
